About Me.

Hello there, I’m Karen! I’m a Los Angeles–based graphic designer who’s worked with brands like Hello Kitty, Peanuts, and Dragon Ball Z. I love creating bold, purposeful visuals that connect with people and tell a story.

I’m a team player who brings both creativity and good vibes to every project, and I’m currently looking to join an awesome company where I can grow and make great design happen.

HANDS CRAFT US, INC.

Graphic Designer/Marketing/Digital Marketing/Shopify Manager

Graphic design (using Adobe Illustrator)

Created visual assets across digital, print, and packaging while maintaining brand and IP compliance for major licensors including Sanrio, Peanuts, Moomin, and Godzilla, and independently managed the full licensor approval process from submission to final sign-off.

E-commerce (Shopify)

- Managed end-to-end product listings by creating and publishing new items through Sellbrite and Shopify.

- Built detailed product listings including descriptions, images, dimensions, inventory quantities, and pricing to ensure accuracy and a strong customer experience.

- Managed Shopify Website maintenance and optimization:

▪ Added image alt text, updating SEO titles, tags, and metadata to improve accessibility and search visibility.

▪ Customized the site’s look and feel using Shopify’s theme editor by updating banners, typography, color palettes, and layout elements to align with brand and business needs.

Digital marketing

- Sent emails (promoting new items or announcing promos/discounts, etc.) to customers using Omnisend which was integrated with Shopify.

- Set up and launched Instagram and Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

- Led digital marketing efforts by creating and sending promotional campaigns and automated emails via Omnisend and Shopify.

Package Design

- Collaborated closely with product designers to develop eye-catching yet clean packaging aligned with licensed brand guidelines.

- Published original social media content across platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence.
